National Poll Ranks Top Specialty Pharmacy

In the high-growth field of specialty pharmacy, respondents to Zitter Health Insights’ Q1 2018 Patient Satisfaction Survey scored Dallas-based Senderra Rx a perfect Net Promoter Score™ of 100 for its services related to rheumatoid arthritis.
Senderra dispenses full-service treatments to patients with complex autoimmune diseases, the most common being rheumatoid arthritis (affecting 1.5 million Americans). Senderra also serves patients with psoriasis, Crohn’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and lupus. Zitter Health Insights’ Patient Satisfaction Survey rates professionalism, knowledge, delivery timing, and customer service.
Two-thirds of the Fortune 1000 companies gauge customer loyalty with NPS™, which can range from −100 to +100. Higher than zero is considered good; +50 is excellent; a perfect score of 100 is rare. The NPS™ for iPhone, for example, is 63; according to Zitter, the industry average for specialty pharmacies in Q1 2018 is 47.
Since 2016, Zitter and Specialty Pharmacy Times® have recognized specialty pharmacies who provide best-in-class customer satisfaction and overall patient care. Senderra was a finalist for the Patient Choice Award for both 2016 and 2017.
“This survey isn’t us talking about ourselves. It’s our patients saying they’re feeling better, moving better, living better,” Win Purifoy, Senderra’s chairman said. “Our patients and their doctors trust us to make treatment therapies reliable and convenient, and it’s a privilege. It’s what gets us up in the mornings.”
Currently, in all 50 states, over 5,000 rheumatologists, dermatologists, and gastroenterologists refer over 100,000 patients to Senderra annually to manage care, dispense prescriptions, counsel, and often to help patients secure funds for complex immunology-related treatments which can make the difference between wheelchair confinement and normal life.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Dallas, Senderra is a disease management specialty pharmacy for patients with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, osteoporosis, multiple sclerosis, asthma and allergy, cardiovascular disease, hepatitis, and other diseases.
